#Minimalism goal of the year. Only were black and white. Exception native clothing, dark blues and grays. Been working on this for two months. I was worried at first but actually it’s relieving a lot of stress in my life and at the same time making me more confident. Confident because I know the colors I’m wearing match and only keeping clothing that fits and I like. If I don’t like anything or it’s a bit to slow I donate it ASAP. I don’t know if I’ll keep this around for my life but this is a fun year goal.

First Week Back :)

My first week back in Ketchikan! Felt like I hit the ground running with prepping for culture camps in Hydaburg and Ketchikan with KIC’s language department. We’ve been putting in long hours so I haven’t been able to visit everyone yet! We are heading out to Hydaburg tomorrow so I feel a little bit like a bouncy ball bouncing all around Alaska but it’s fun. It’s looking like I’ll be here this whole year while applying to grad school with Emily! We both want to go for Language focusing on Haida language. We are looking at IndigenousEducation UVic a bit more seriously than other programs. :oD All I know for sure is that I want to focus on Haida language.🖖🏽

If you haven’t watch my video about my Anchorage trip last week, here is a link to it:
